SAP Sales Manager, Malaysia

To build up our team in Malaysia, we are looking for an SAP Sales Manager. As Sales Manager you will be in the driver seat to design and implement the go-to-market strategy of cbs in ASEAN region and educate IT deciders about: 

  • the best possible way to move to SAP S/4 HANA,  
  • to get most out of other SAP software products and  
  • how cbs service portfolio can support 

Expectations and Tasks:

  • Taking over-responsible for the acquisition of new customers by using of own professional network and cbs sales channels  
  • Driving the development and management of existing client base in the region 
  • Foster cbs relationship with clients by professional account management  
  • Development cbs to clients’ “Preferred Supplier” and trusted advisory 
  • Generating and developing leads, opportunities and proposals in collaboration with the regional management team 
  • Nurture and extent our partner network through-out the region 
  • Hunt & nurture new clients  
  • Strategize and manage the full sales cycle of new potential clients
  • Prospect the market of medium-sized businesses in search of SAP sales opportunities
  • Understand strategies, business objectives and client needs in order to propose services in line with these strategies, objectives and needs 
  • Build commercial offers and respond to RFPs 
  • Negotiate and conclude sales 
  • Maintain relationships with the SAP sales team

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5 – 10 years’ experience in sales of professional services, projects and SAP solutions 
  • Proven record of exceeding targets 
  • Thorough SAP market understanding with proven SAP pre-sales abilities 
  • Extensive professional network in Malaysia and region in the SAP market enabling meeting cbs’s sales expectations  
  • Ability to capitalize on existing relationships and knowledge in order to increase sales 
  • Strong understanding of business processes 
  • Eloquent and fluent in English (verbal and written)  
  • Willing to take over responsibility and to make decisions 
  • Passionate and determined while appreciating team work
