cbs Graduates Programme: Voice of Our Graduate

With almost no knowledge about SAP, I am incredibly grateful to be given the opportunity to be part of the cbs Graduate Programme. I had previously worked in a global team with very few colleagues with whom I could interact within the Asia region. So for the first time, I enjoyed the many companionships I had with colleagues in the same timezone!
With no working knowledge about SAP, this programme has provided me with so much knowledge. I would have never imagined myself remembering all the transactional codes, but here I am, learning about the basics of all modules and technical aspects of it. It was conducive when I was given a chance to work on a project too.
For someone like me who do not have any SAP background, this programme is essential if you want to change your career into the SAP field, as it provided me with the exposure and chance to grow in this field. It was even more critical that I received lots of support and guidance from our seniors even though they were occupied with their projects. So kudos to the cbs for this environment given for us!
There are no words I can describe to express my gratefulness for all the guidance and helps provided throughout this programme. All of them have been such great mentors for all of us. Thank you so much! Everyone was friendly and welcoming even though we had not met face to face yet due to the MCO (Malaysia Government Movement Control Order) amidst the pandemic. It makes me feel excited if we have the chance to meet soon, but somehow it feels like we have known each other for quite some time already. Again, I am thankful for all the internal engagement activities and appreciate the company virtual lunch and dinner.
I hope to continuously learn more in SAP, develop myself as an experience SD consultant, and become an expert. This programme nurtures and guides any individual with near-zero knowledge in SAP to become a full-fledged and well-rounded SAP consultant. For anyone who wants to change their career to SAP, do not hesitate and join this programme! Do not feel discouraged, even if you do not have any experience in SAP. This programme will help you for sure. As long as you are willing to learn, everything is possible.
