cbs S/4HANA Readiness Check

The cbs S/4HANA Readiness Check provides a thorough system analysis that goes far beyond the SAP standard with its various elements. In addition to S/4HANA-relevant content, this technical analysis also includes information about harmonisation potential or master data quality, collected with the cbs MDV (Master Data Validation). Process mining can also reveal valuable insights for correcting or improving processes.

Solution Concept & Roadmap

In the next step, we work with the business and IT process owners to develop the target picture for processes/ functions/ standardisation /optimisation per business unit. We use the strategy workshop’s findings and the technical information from the readiness check to fix the target picture and provide a S/4HANA transition roadmap.
